My husband and I have been fortunate enough to spend several years in both West Africa and North America.

While living in North America, we have always had an appreciation of modern day western culture but also felt the need to embrace and display our African heritage.

Authentic Wear Of Modern Africa (AWOMA) is an opportunity to interweave both worlds, allowing those who celebrate African culture and tradition to blend seamlessly into the everyday business and casual vibe of western culture.  AWOMA Designs invites all family and friends in the diaspora to embrace their heritage, exploring their roots in the process.
